Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies across diverse clinical settings. The role partner with Therapy Development Representatives to ensure safe use, training, and successful adoption of new technologies.

You will educate physicians, nurses, and staff, deliver case coverage, and support market development initiatives while traveling up to 70% and occasionally working after hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements listed in resume: clinical, medical device, or related experience in hospital environment.
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degrees with relevant clinical experience acceptable.
• Preferred: Neurovascular device experience and product launch support.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical and procedural support for PVH vascular therapies.
• Deliver case coverage and technical guidance to physicians.
• Educate physicians and clinical staff on new vascular therapies and technologies.
• Support account strategies and market development with TDR/TDS alignment.
• Conduct hospital/clinic visits to support sales, service, and education objectives.
• Travel within territory up to 70% and be available for after-hours support.
