Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies across diverse clinical settings. The role partners with Therapy Development Representatives to ensure safe use and effective adoption of new vascular technologies.

The position demands after-hours availability, significant travel (≥70%), and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and staff to drive adoption and education of revolutionary therapies.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma and 8+ years clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment
• Associate's degree and 6+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and the medical device industry

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands‑on procedural support for vascular technologies across clinical studies and commercial use.
• Deliver case coverage and technical guidance for physicians using PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other therapies.
• Support introduction, adoption, and utilization of new technologies via training and technical guidance to the Vascular Field organization.
• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored clinical product support that maximizes value and engages stakeholders.
