Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist (TDS) to provide advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies across clinical settings. You will train physicians and deliver hands-on guidance for carotid and thrombectomy therapies, serving as a clinical SME for new technologies.

This field-based role requires availability to work evenings and weekends as needed, with domestic travel up to 70% and collaboration with Therapy Development Representatives to execute market

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma and 8+ years clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment.
• Associate's degree and 6+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural support for vascular therapies.
• Deliver case coverage and technical guidance to physicians.
• Support adoption and utilization of new technologies in the Vascular Field organization.
• Educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff through in-service programs and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.
