Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for new PVH vascular therapies. You will train physicians, support cases, and serve as a subject matter expert in vascular technologies within the Field organization.

The role requires evenings, weekends, holidays as needed and up to 70% travel. Candidates should have 8+ years in clinical or medical device settings, with strong education and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years clinical, medical device, or hospital experience with high stakes procedures.
• Experience with vascular technologies and clinical training.
• Ability to educate physicians and staff on new therapies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies.
• Deliver case coverage and guidance for physicians using PVH therapies.
• Train and educate physicians on new vascular therapies and products.
• Support adoption and utilization of new technologies within the Vascular Field organization.
• Build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders to drive therapy adoption.
• Travel up to 70% within territory; provide after-hours case support.
