Job summary

Medtronic in Dallas seeks a Therapy Development Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies and products. The role partners with Therapy Development Representatives to train physicians on carotid and thrombectomy therapies and to support new therapies within the Vascular sales organization.

This is a field-based, dynamic position requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and domestic travel of more than 70% as determined by local management.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma and 8+ years clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment
• Associate's degree and 6+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural support for vascular technologies across commercial use and clinical studies.
• Deliver case coverage and technical guidance for physicians using PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other therapies.
• Support adoption of new technologies by delivering training and technical guidance to the Vascular Field organization.
• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored clinical product support while engaging stakeholders.
