Responsibilities include:

1. Performing all duties of a Peripheral Vascular Tech I.
2. Preparing equipment to ensure it is operational, safe, and functioning according to diagnostic standards.
3. Participating actively in patient testing, handling routine, non-routine, urgent, and emergent requests.
4. Communicating effectively with Patient Transportation, Nursing Units, Physician Offices, and other diagnostic areas to facilitate smooth and safe diagnostic procedures.
5. Performing portable bedside examinations to ensure patient safety and provide immediate diagnostic testing when needed.

Qualifications include:

• Associate’s Degree in a health-related program, including seminar course training in cardiac ultrasound, or a one-year certificate preferred.
• Registration by ARDMS as RVT or RDCS, or by CCI as RVS or RCS.

Minimum of three years related experience required.
