Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative nursing care for patients undergoing complex vascular and cardiovascular surgeries in the St. Louis area.

You will assess needs, develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Experience in critical care or cardiovascular nursing is highly preferred; BLS/ACLS and arterial line monitoring certification are

Qualifications

• RN with Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, arterial line monitoring, and pacer wires.
• Experience in critical care or cardiovascular nursing is highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educating patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
