• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone and deliver excellent service.
• Serve as liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow.
• Perform core front and back office duties with increasing independence to support clinic operations.
