Responsibilities

• Schedules patient tests, procedures, and appointments.
• Conducts patient outreach and post operative follow up calls.
• Manages in-basket messages and coordinates incoming patient referrals.
• Enters orders for patient tests and obtains proper paperwork.
• Performs charting, filing and/or scanning patient medical records and retrieves reports.
• Takes inventory of clinic supplies and orders supplies as needed.
• Performs routine patient care such as taking vitals and assists with in-office procedures.
• Provides medication management instruction and education for procedures.
