Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Medical Assistant program credential, with CPR/BLS certification encouraged and experience with Cerner/GroupWise EMR systems. This on-site role offers growth within a collaborative surgical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• EMR experience preferred (Cerner, GroupWise).
• CPR/BLS certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, ensuring a positive, supportive experience.
• Assist providers with minor sterile office procedures.
• Perform dressing changes, suture and staple removal, and related tasks.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile technique.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, nurses, and other MAs to deliver quality care.
