Job summary

Englewood Health seeks a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to support both clinical and administrative operations. The role focuses on patient registration, coordinating flow, and preparing patients for visits, working closely with providers to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year MA experience, is CPR certified, and is comfortable handling sensitive patient information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant/PCT program preferred.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred; knowledge of patient registration and vital signs beneficial.
• CPR certification required; CMA/RMA/PCT credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate patient information.
• Coordinate patient flow and prepare patients for visits in a timely manner.
• Support clinical and administrative operations; experience with EPIC or other EMR systems is a plus.
