Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated clinicians to support vascular patients. The role involves assisting surgeons in procedures, rounds, admission H&Ps, and discharge planning, with close collaboration across vascular care teams.

Responsibilities include triage by phone, prescription management, and reviewing imaging to guide treatment. A Masters in Nursing with NM license or PA certification plus licensure is required.

Qualificações

• Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree and NM license (ANCC certified).
• Physician Assistant with CAHEA certification or 2+ years’ experience and NM licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist surgeons with inpatient and outpatient procedures and major surgery.
• Daily medical management of inpatients in collaboration with physicians.
• Rounds on hospitalized patients; perform admission H&Ps.
• Discharge planning, family conferences and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate care and follow-up for vascular patients; coordinate OR/CVL needs.
• Triage new and existing patients by phone; handle prescription refills.
• Review ancillary reports with physicians and provide patient education.
• Review vascular studies and CT/MRI results to plan treatment.
