Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Vascular Sonographer to perform comprehensive lower-extremity vascular ultrasound studies with emphasis on quality patient experience. The role requires travel to Bethpage, Stony Brook, and Valley Stream clinics and a full-time schedule, including weekends.

You will conduct venous insufficiency and duplex studies, document findings, and collaborate with a vascular team using PACS/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program, required.
• Current RVT/RVS/RPhS credential or eligibility to obtain within 90 days is required.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Conduct additional vascular imaging studies as applicable (carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, PVR).
• Independently perform and document examinations maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic or vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR to document studies, manage images, and support workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal when appropriate.
