Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations focused on the lower extremities. The position requires commuting to Bethpage, Stony Brook, and Valley Stream clinics as a float ultrasound role.

Full-time schedule with weekend availability. Compensation ranges from $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience. Join a fast-growing, patient-focused cardiovascular imaging team and contribute to high-quality care across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential or eligibility within 90 days.
• Experience performing venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex exams.
• Conduct additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing as applicable.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic or vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies and manage images.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal as needed.
