Job summary

USA Clinics Group in New York is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform vascular ultrasound studies focused on the lower extremities, ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This full-time float role travels between Bronx clinics, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekend availability.

You will work with PACS/EMR, document studies, and use advanced vascular imaging, carotid and arterial duplex as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential or eligible to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience performing venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies if applicable such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge when appropriate, including OB/GYN and abdominal.
