Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking a Vascular Sonographer on an as-needed basis. You will perform vascular studies across age groups, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to accurate diagnostic information. The role requires ARDMS RVT registration within one year and CPR certification.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, patient safety, and providing guidance to non-registered staff. Pay is hourly and roles may involve on-call shifts, weekends, and weekdays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for cardiovascular diagnostic sonography or equivalent.
• ARDMS RVT registration in Vascular Sonography or equivalent CCI within one year of hire.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular studies on diverse age groups using ultrasound.
• Collaborate with physicians for diagnosis and testing decisions.
• Maintain patient history and department records; ensure data accuracy.
