Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a DG Registered Vascular Sonographer to perform vascular and diagnostic ultrasound exams. You will interpret images, prepare reports, and maintain patient records while communicating with the healthcare team.

Under supervision, you will operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring image quality and patient comfort throughout testing processes. At least 1 year of experience and ARDMS/ARRT credentials are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology, Imaging or ultrasound program.
• 1 year of sonography experience preferred.
• Registered RVT or RVS plus ARDMS/ARRT credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular ultrasound examinations with high image quality.
• Interprets and analyzes ultrasound images to generate reports.
• Maintains and prepares ultrasound equipment and supplies.
• Follows safety protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Provides patient care, explains procedures and supports comfort during imaging.
• Maintains and reviews patient records and test results.
