Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Chicago is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform thorough vascular ultrasound assessments of the lower extremities, ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• RV T, RVS, or RPhS credential, or eligibility to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, mapping and duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasounds and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, reflux, mapping and duplex exams.
• Conduct additional vascular imaging such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations with accuracy and quality.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic or vascular imaging setting.
• Use PACS and EMR to document studies, manage images and support workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities.
