The role involves preparing patients for visits, taking vital signs, performing tests, and following regulatory standards. You will interact with the care team, answer patient calls, relay messages, and serve as a leadership resource for MA and Patient Service Coordinator teams.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Completion of a recognized MA program or 1 year MA experience.
• Registration or Certification as Medical Assistant or active license (LPN/RN) required; BLS CPR current or to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for visits by taking vital signs and documenting them.
• Perform specialized tests and prepare schedules per clinical protocols.
• Interact with patients, peers and health care team; relay messages to providers/nurses.
