This full‑time role partners with the leadership team to support daily operations, quality and regulatory compliance while serving as a technical resource for staff.

• Associates degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom and clinical instruction for the Sentara Peripheral Vascular Lab service line.
• Teach, coach and mentor on the clinical unit; document student progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Develop competency tests and assess staff performance; participate in quality control activities.
