Qualificações

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the care of the patient and assesses and addresses the needs of the patient/family.
• Works collaboratively with interprofessional team members to resolve patient/family problems.
• Collaborates with other departments to establish the patient/family treatment plan.
• Implements, evaluates, or updates the plan of care and patient education needs.
• Performs intravenous insertion and central line assessment as applicable.
• Utilizes EHR to access treatment and therapy plans.
• Interprets department policies and laboratory results to manage patient needs.
• Documents patient condition and action taken in response to changes.
