Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current Wisconsin RN license required; multi-state license acceptable.
• AHA BLS certification required within 90 days; ACLS within one year of hire.
• Non-BSN nurses must enroll in a BSN program within 15 months of hire and complete it within 5 years (6 years if MSN/DNP/PhD).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in delivering care to an adult population per ANA standards.
