Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking a skilled vascular ultrasound technologist to perform peripheral vascular studies, including ABI, venous/arterial duplex, carotid and abdominal exams, and to maintain high quality patient care.

Required RVT/RVS registration and ARDMS/CCI credentialing, BLS, and high school diploma. Flexible hours may be required to meet patient needs in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, ICAVL and other state/federal guidelines.
• Ability to assist patients in positioning and preparing for exam.
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality under pressure and with privacy.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
