A leading healthcare provider in Louisiana is seeking a Registered Vascular Tech to provide individualized care through peripheral vascular studies. This role requires strong patient interaction and knowledge of various diagnostics including ultrasounds. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, RVT registration, and the ability to work flexible hours. Competenze

• 2 years of peripheral vascular experience preferred.
• Active RVT/RVS registration required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Mansioni

• Prepare, instruct, and educate patients on procedures.
• Perform diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain documentation and record keeping.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment.
• Participate in professional development activities.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, ICAVL

Ability to assist patients in positioning

Proficiency in using computers

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to maintain flexible working hours
