Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Davenport Vascular Specialists Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality outpatient care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families on treatments and discharge.

The role requires Iowa RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication. Expect a full-time schedule (36 hours) with Mon-Thu 8:00a–5:00p and Fri 8:00a–2:00p; no weekends/holidays. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; compact licensure acceptable where applicable.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office, email).
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care using nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments and care.
• Assist providers with procedures and scheduling as needed.
