MercyOne Genesis Davenport Cancer Center seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care in outpatient settings. You will coordinate with clinicians, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.

The role requires an Iowa RN license, BLS within 3 months, and a collaborative approach within a mission-driven team. 32 hours per week, dayshift, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license; multi-state licenses may be required depending on location.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, email, MS Office).
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of specialty classes or other certifications as required.
• Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and caring in line with mission.
• Experience working in collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care in outpatient settings.

• Educate patients and families on treatments, tests, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments, vitals, and treatments.
