Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group in Davenport, IA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide outpatient patient care in MercyOne Genesis Davenport Surgical Care. You will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, coordinating with clinicians and educating patients and families.

The schedule is full-time, 32 hours per week, with Mon-Tue 8:00a-5:00p and Fri 8a-12p; no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required; compact license may be accepted where applicable.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent patient care in outpatient settings.
• Administer medications and treatments via multiple routes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, and families.
• Document in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
