Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Davenport Wound Care Clinic, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality outpatient care in Davenport, IA. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

The position is part-time (20 hours), day shift, with no weekends or holidays. Requirements include Iowa RN license, BLS certification, and proficient computer/EMR skills to support

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in outpatient settings using nursing processes.
• Perform assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and staff for care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and care records.
