Job summary

The Vascular Care Group is seeking a skilled Office-Based Lab Nurse to provide nursing care in a vascular outpatient setting in Maine. You will collaborate with clinical leadership and operate under the attending surgeon, with duties aligned to Maine nursing regulations and the Office-Based Lab scope.

You will oversee patient experience from pre-procedure through discharge, ensure timely instructions, and complete post-procedure callbacks within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing with BSN.
• Registered as a nurse in Maine.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ICU or ED experience a must; PACU experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the standards of AAAASF.
• Assist daily operations of the outpatient endovascular center, including case reviews and staffing.
• Maintain infection control; stock medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure patient care from pre-procedure to discharge and timely post-procedure calls.
• Maintain patient records and ensure safety standards throughout the center.
• Support Quality Assurance programs and equipment maintenance per AAAASF.
