Job summary

The Vascular Care Group in Lowell, MA is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse for our endovascular/IR outpatient lab. The role collaborates with clinical leadership to perform management, clinical, and patient-care duties within Massachusetts Board of Nursing guidelines.

Responsibilities include patient care from pre-procedure to discharge, sedation monitoring, and thorough documentation. BLS/ACLS are required; previous IR experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN).
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Prior IR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold AAAASF standards in the outpatient center.
• Assist with daily operations of the endovascular center.
• Review cases, maintain infection control, stock supplies.
• Ensure adequate staffing and safety standards.
• Manage patient flow from pre-procedure to discharge and provide post-procedure calls.
• Maintain patient records and logs, including vitals during procedures.
