Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active state license (Michigan).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and manage post-operative care.
• Experience with circulating during procedures and medication handling per policy.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operative patient preparation and post-operative monitoring.
• Circulating during procedures and managing medications.
• Scrubs, gowns, and gloves per AORN standards.
• Wound care and staple/suture removals.
• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports as needed.
• Perform PermaCath aspiration declots and removals.
