UNC Health in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Vascular Physicians And Apps team. Working under physician supervision, the APP delivers high-quality, cost-effective care within the outlined scope of practice and adheres to credentialing, policies, and standards.

The role involves comprehensive history-taking, physical exams, diagnostic interpretation, developing treatment plans, education for patients and families, and leadership in quality

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification as required; DEA certification.
• Ability to work with physicians, staff and patients in a team-based setting.

Responsabilités

• Obtain health history, perform physical exams, interpret tests and derive diagnoses.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment and care plans.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and system-wide initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and ensure accurate medical records.
