• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient and family engagement.
• Maintains a culture of safety and ensures timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols and procedures; pursues ongoing professional development.
