Job summary

VTP is seeking a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant (RN) to perform PICC and vascular access procedures across hospital and facility settings. The role emphasizes ultrasound-guided placements, line management, and patient-centered care with travel to various patient sites.

Strong USGIV experience and the ability to work independently are required; PICC certification training is provided for qualified candidates. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with current, active license.
• Experience placing ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIVs).
• Vascular access device management experience and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Assist with management of PICCs and other vascular access devices.
• Provide vascular access support services including port access, line removal, and declotting.
• Educate facility nursing staff on PICCs, midlines, and CVADs.
