Job summary

VTP Holdings, LLC is seeking a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant to provide PICC and vascular access support across hospital, skilled nursing, and home health settings. You will collaborate with clinical teams to resolve venous access issues and support treatment objectives set by physicians.

USGIV placement experience is required; PICC certification training is provided for qualifying candidates with recent USGIV experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current certification.
• Experience placing ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIVs).
• Experience with vascular access devices (VAD) management and troubleshooting.
• American Heart BLS Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to schedule and document.
• Must LOVE vascular access.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Provide vascular access support including line removal and declotting.
• Educate facility staff on PICCs and CVADs.
• Assist in management of PICCs and other vascular access devices.
