Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Vascular Access RN to provide specialized nursing care for a diverse patient population. You will perform direct and indirect care using the nursing process, with emphasis on PICC and mid-line catheter management in a high-acuity environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of RN experience, current CPR, Texas RN license (or eligibility), and a credential in PICC or mid-line catheters; BSN/MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN or MSN degree Preferred.
• Current Certification in PICC or Mid-line catheters.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so required.
• Work experience: 5 or more years RN experience. At least 2 years IV management preferred.
