Qualifications

• Active, current California RN license.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• ACLS certification (AHA).
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fire and Life Safety Card (LA City Employees only).
• 6 months vascular access experience or 2 years RN in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Insert PICC lines or Midlines per procedures and physician orders.
• Provide patient care safely and according to nursing standards.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor new graduates and support staff in vascular access practice.
