Qualifications

• IV skills required and excellent communication and customer service skills.
• RN license upon hire or active licensure; BLS/ACLS certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care across age groups.
• Place and monitor PICC lines and other venous access devices.
• Document interventions accurately and coordinate with the care team.
• Support INS/AVA interventions and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with patients and families about PICCs and PIV care.
• Stay current with venous access core measures and hospital policies.
• Participate in quality audits and department initiatives.
