Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced RN with vascular access expertise to perform PICC and midline placements and provide patient‑centered care across units in the Winston‑Salem area. You will work on a fast‑paced team, prioritizing safety and evidence‑based practice.

Requirements include an active North Carolina RN license, BLS certification, and 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience. BSN is preferred, with VA‑BC certification to be pursued after two years.

Qualifications

• RN with active NC license and BLS certification.
• VA-BC certification to be obtained after 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision‑making.
