Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, Florida, is seeking an experienced RN to join the venous access and infusion therapy team on a full-time night shift. You will provide high-quality patient care, manage IV therapy, and participate in the Clinical Ladder program for salary progression.

The role requires RN licensure with PICC/Port/IV validation and BLS; PALS/NRP preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from day one are offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (Registered Nurse)
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• PICC, Port, and peripheral IV validation required

Responsibilities

• Grow with us by supporting venous access and infusion therapy patient care.
• Follow sterile technique, PPE, hand hygiene and safety regulations.
• Assess and manage venous access plans, IV therapy and patient education as needed.
• Document procedures and assessments per department policy.
• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue and other clinical emergencies).
• Provide expert resourcing to staff nurses and other departments.
