AdventHealth Altamonte Springs is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the night shift to support venous access and infusion therapy. You will perform venous access procedures, administer and monitor infusion therapy, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety and education.
Located in Altamonte Springs, FL, this full-time role offers clinical ladder opportunities, competitive benefits from day one, and a night schedule of 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with weekend/holiday
Qualificações
- Registered Nurse license required.
- ACLS & BLS certifications required.
- 1+ year leadership/charge nurse experience required.
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
- Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
- Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods and address complications.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
- Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding and compliance.
