AdventHealth invites an experienced RN to lead a unit focused on venous access and infusion therapy in a full‑time Night shift at our Tampa facility. You will supervise staff, ensure safe infusion practices, and develop care plans tailored to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Florida license or eligible to practice in Florida.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with infusion therapy and venous access.
• Proficient in healthcare documentation and EHR systems.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; able to supervise a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapies; adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to select appropriate venous access methods.
• Develop individualized care plans for infusion therapy patients.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding.
