Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in BSN with plan to obtain BSN within 4 years of hire.
• Masters in Nursing preferred and Cortrak training may be a plus.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina with eNLC status; BLS Provider certification required.
• National Certification VA-BC or CRNI within two years of hire preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional nursing care for IV therapy and enteral nutrition.
• Educate and teach patients regarding vascular access and enteral feeding.
• Place enteral feeding tubes using electronic placement system and follow manufacturer guidelines and Mission policies.
• Cross-train to insert midline catheters and PICCs in adults and pediatrics as needed.
