Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Vascular Access RN to deliver specialized nursing care for IV therapy and enteral nutrition. You will perform enteral tube placements, assess patients, and educate families as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with NC licensure, with MSN and VA-BC/CRNI credentials preferred; Cortrak/ultrasound skills and cross-training for midlines/PICCs are a plus. HCA offers strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN with current NC licensure (eNLC may apply)
• BSN within 4 years of hire or enrolled in BSN/advanced degree program
• Masters in Nursing preferred and Cortrak training encouraged
• National Certification VA-BC or CRNI within two years of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for IV therapy and enteral nutrition.
• Perform enteral feeding tube placement using electronic placement system.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for vascular access needs in patients and associated facilities.
• Cross-train to insert midline catheters and PICCs in adults and pediatrics.
