Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Vascular Access Registered Nurse to join our caring team. This role includes leadership in nursing care, patient education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff on a mixed shift schedule.

The position offers a sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment, NC RN licensure with eNLC eligibility, and support for certification and education within a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualificações

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Required License/Certifications: Current RN licensure in NC; eNLC may apply; BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Preferred Certification: National Certification in specialty area.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to deliver professional nursing care.
• Utilize the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) to care for patients and teach families.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching; implement medically prescribed interventions.
