Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks a seasoned operations leader to manage the daily functions of a vein and vascular services clinic. You will oversee a clinical team, drive patient care quality, and ensure alignment with financial and operational goals.

You’ll lead hiring, training, and performance management while coordinating with physicians and staff to meet standards and safety requirements. This role supports a growing network of clinics across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ direct management experience of a healthcare clinic or center(s) required.
• Experience managing ambulatory surgical services or multi-specialty clinics strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and performance management.
• Experience developing and managing a budget in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of key financial and operational drivers in healthcare practice.
• Experience with QAPI, Emergency Management, Patient Safety and Risk Management in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with ECW/EMR, MS Office suite, Teams, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance with direct oversight of the assigned clinic’s daily operations.
• Facilitate a successful patient journey and patient satisfaction as a top priority.
• Ensure performance of center(s) is aligned with key indicators and the overall growth strategy.
• Work to identify problems, present and initiate plans for improvement.
• Manage the overall profitability of the clinic by monitoring financial and operational reporting and implementing improvement plans.
• Manage key operational metrics including volume, revenue, labor and productivity.
• Hire, train and retain quality talent following best hiring practices and ensure appropriate resource levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff to uphold clinical standards.
