Qualifications

• Experience in swimming and/or coaching the sport.
• Coaches are expected to be available for all practices and games; 4-5 days a week.
• Required to be CPR certified (certification paid by the School).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the head coach in managing the team and ensuring athletic safety, and maintaining compliance with state athletic regulations
• Plan and attend all practices and meets (practices and meets are approximately 3 days a week)
• Communicate with parents and students effectively
• Attend meetings with the Athletic Department, the coaching staff, and the Director of Athletics
• Organize and maintain all related equipment for the program
