Job summary

Key School is looking for a qualified Varsity Assistant Swimming Coach for the Winter Athletic Season for the 2026-2027 school year.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the head coach to strengthen the Athletic program, helping students find the balance between individual achievement and the needs of the team, as well as between broad participation and a deep commitment to their chosen sport. Key students value intense competition and honor good sportsmanship. The program seeks coaches who encourage inclusivity while promoting the students' commitment to mastering skills, understanding tactics, fostering teamwork, and developing character.

The Varsity Swimming Assistant Coach manages the program within the framework of the Athletics Philosophy of the Key School.
