Job summary

Western Hills High School in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated HS Varsity Head Swim Coach to lead the program. You will design training plans, mentor student-athletes, and drive competitive success while upholding safety and sportsmanship.

The role requires a teaching certificate or equivalent coaching credentials, and a strong commitment to academics, character, and community involvement within CPS. This is a part-time coaching position reporting to the Athletic Director.

Qualifications

• Ohio Secondary Teaching Certificate preferred.
• Past coaching experience at high school or college required.
• CTC training and PAP certification expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HS Varsity Head Swim Coach.
• Develop and execute an effective training program.
• Develop and train student-athletes for competition.
• Monitor, motivate, supervise, and mentor student-athletes.
• Ensure safety and well-being of student-athletes.
