  • Demonstrated playing experience at the NCAA level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the varsity program, including travel coordination, meal planning, practice scheduling, and recruiting calendars.
  • Plan all team events and functions such as alumni weekends, team banquets, and award ceremonies.
  • Manage recruiting coordination including official visits and paperwork.
  • Develop and monitor operating and recruiting budgets; approve budget decisions.
  • Plan unofficial and official visits for prospective student-athletes.
  • Oversee program communications with players’ families and external partners.
